Headquartered in Golden, Colorado, Sustainable Beverage Technologies (“SBT”) develops technologies which make the production of fermented beverages more profitable, efficient, and environmentally sustainable. BrewVo is SBT’s industry-validated patented brewing process that generates positive environmental impact and massive value for brewers, distributors, and retailers.

As a designer at Grady Campbell, SBT’s agency partner, I helped provide SBT with complete brand, design and marketing services, from websites to exhibit booths, public relations, content development, video, social media, promotions, displays and merchandise; particularly in the lead up to and during the Craft Beer Conference 2023.

Social Media Management

I was responsible for running the BrewVo Instagram account in May 2023, primarily to generate attention for SBT's presence at the 2023 Craft Beer Conference in Nashville, Tennessee. The account's following grew from 8 to 170 within a matter of days, and booth visits at CBC 2023 reached an all-time high for the company partly as a result of successful social media marketing and real-time videography that I later edited and posted as Instagram reels.

On the whole, during the CBC prep period and beyond, I was responsible for:

  • editing and redesigning the BrewVo website to include information about CBC 2023

  • designing magazine publicity advertisements and displays for BrewVo's CBC booth in both print and digital media

  • social media outreach, editing, posting, and reel creation

  • photo editing and copywriting for company press releases and news articles

  • creative direction and scriptwriting to instruct external videographers on creating introduction videos for SBT and BrewVo

Art Direction

As part of preparations for the Craft Beer Conference 2023, the client wanted to create a video that could be played with minimal to no audio at their trade show booth, while also serving as an updated brand video.

I prepared the script for the video (that would be visible as subtitles and audible with a voiceover, for accessibility) and liaised closely with an external videographer to draw up a specific list of shots that would be used in the video alongside certain segments of texts and voice-over.

I also assisted with editing these clips into a full, cohesive video.
